Terms & Conditions

By downloading or using the PhotoAI app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You’re not allowed to copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, translate the app into other languages, or create derivative versions. The app itself, and all trademarks, copyrights, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to Creative Mobile.

Creative Mobile is committed to ensuring that the PhotoAI app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.

The PhotoAI app allows you to upload photos for AI-powered processing (e.g. turning them into cartoon art). It stores and processes only the data you provide for those purposes. It’s your responsibility to keep your device and access to the app secure. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your device, which may compromise security and prevent the app from working properly.

The app does use third‑party services that declare their own Terms & Conditions.

You should be aware that certain functions of the app require an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi‑Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but Creative Mobile cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi‑Fi or have exhausted your data allowance.

If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi‑Fi, your agreement with your mobile network provider applies. You may be charged by your provider for data usage while accessing the app (including roaming charges). By using the app, you accept responsibility for any such charges. If you are not the bill payer for the device, please ensure you have permission from the bill payer to use the app.

Creative Mobile cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app. For example, you need to make sure your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can’t turn it on to use the Service, Creative Mobile cannot accept responsibility.

Although we endeavour to ensure the app is updated and correct at all times, we rely on third parties to provide information. Creative Mobile accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.

At some point, we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available only on iOS – the requirements for these systems may change, and you’ll need to download updates to keep using the app. Creative Mobile does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the version of the operating system you have installed. However, you promise to always accept updates when offered. We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without notice. Upon termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app and delete it from your device.

Refunds and Data Sharing

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• If you initiate a refund request through Apple’s App Store, we may receive a notification requesting consumption data about your app usage.
• We will securely collect and share relevant data—including app usage time, accessed content, purchase history, and refund history—to assist in the refund decision process.
• This data is shared only for the purpose of evaluating refund requests, as required by the respective app store’s policies.

Changes to These Terms & Conditions

We may update our Terms & Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms & Conditions on this page.

End User License Agreement (EULA)
By purchasing or subscribing to the premium version of the app, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the premium features of the application, subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions. You acknowledge that:
